Laundry Operations & Business Development Manager (Part-Time)

Approx. 20 hours per week Helprite Cleaning & Laundry provides commercial laundry, linen, and cleaning services to hospitality, serviced accommodation, and business clients. This role supports early-stage growth by combining client development with operational coordination and ensuring workflows, scheduling, and service quality are structured and ready to scale.

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients (hotels, aparthotels, restaurants, serviced accommodation operators)

• Support recurring service agreements and long-term client relationships

• Work with senior management to set realistic growth targets and prioritise onboarding aligned to capacity

• Support setup and refinement of laundry workflows, linen rotation, and pickup/delivery scheduling

• Coordinate operatives to ensure attendance, punctuality, and consistent service quality

• Ensure operations align with health & safety, internal quality standards, and service-level expectations

• Act as a coordination link between operatives, delivery staff, and senior management

• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes as volumes grow

• Experience in hospitality operations, commercial laundry/linen, facilities/service operations, or B2B service delivery

• Confident in client-facing communication and relationship management

• Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery

• Commercial awareness and operational mindset
