Staffing & Contracts Lead (Non-Nursing)

Helprite Care supports care homes, supported living providers, and community organisations with reliable, compliant non-nursing staffing. This role coordinates provider relationships, placement delivery, and the structured development of recurring staffing hours working within regulated and safeguarding-led environments. This is a non-clinical role and does not involve direct care delivery.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with care homes, supported living providers, and community-based support organisations

• Identify staffing requirements and support placement planning aligned to service needs

• Coordinate deployment of trained care and support workers for temporary cover, rota support, and longer-term placements

• Work closely with management and compliance teams to ensure suitability checks, training alignment, and appropriate worker-to-service      matching

• Act as a central coordination point between providers, care/support workers, and internal operations/compliance functions

• Support the structured development of staffing contracts as agreed service targets are achieved

• Experience in care staffing, care coordination, or care recruitment (non-nursing)

• Confidence building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners

• Ability to work independently, plan delivery, and manage multiple priorities

• Strong understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, and compliance expectations within care environments

• Comfort working in regulated settings and communicating clearly with providers and internal teams
