Hospitality Cleaners - Cleaning Specialist

Helprite Cleaning & Laundry is expanding its serviced accommodation and hospitality operations across Edinburgh. We are building a structured, professional team of Hospitality Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of short-stay apartments, serviced accommodation properties, and hospitality clients. This is organised, repeat hospitality work with structured systems, scheduled check-ins, and long-term growth opportunities (not unpredictable one-off domestic cleaning).

• Full turnover cleaning between guest stays

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to hospitality standards

• Stripping used bedding and handling linen appropriately

• Preparing properties to inspection-ready and guest-ready condition within defined timeframes

• Following structured cleaning checklists and service protocols

• Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly

• Maintaining professional conduct at all client premises

• Working independently or within a coordinated team

• Supporting integrated laundry coordination where required

• Experience in Airbnb, hotel, or hospitality cleaning (preferred)

• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance

• Detail-focused and organised

• Comfortable working independently and following checklists

• Professional in presentation and communication

• Able to meet structured, time-sensitive hospitality schedules

• Confident working across multiple properties

• Weekend availability is essential

• A driving licence is helpful but not essential

• Regular, ongoing work (repeat hospitality schedules — not random domestic jobs)

• Structured systems and supportive management
