Experience Lead Regional Manager - Edinburgh

This senior role leads the Edinburgh operation for Nexa Stays, with full responsibility for operational delivery, guest experience, property standards, team leadership, and commercial outcomes. You will translate strategy into structured, scalable execution building systems and driving consistent performance across the portfolio.

• Own day-to-day operational performance in Edinburgh and ensure consistent service standards across properties

• Monitor occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency; identify risks and implement corrective actions

• Build, refine, and document scalable operating systems (guest comms, check-in/out, cleaning/inspections, linen, maintenance, issue escalation)

• Lead local operational teams, set expectations, and support recruitment/onboarding as the portfolio grows

• Act as guardian of guest experience monitor reviews, implement improvements, and drive repeat bookings

• Oversee property readiness and maintenance coordination, ensuring timely resolution and controlled costs

• Support development of relationships with corporate clients, universities, contractors, and local service partners

• Report to senior leadership and align city execution with wider business objectives

• Senior operational experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, or multi-site operations

• Strong ownership mindset, comfortable making decisions and being accountable for outcomes

• Experience leading teams and building/improving structured processes

• Right to work in the UK

• Based in Scotland or willing to relocate to Edinburgh

• Able to work in line with UK business hours
