📌 Senior Property Manager

💰 Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 + £4k OTE bonus
🏠 Location: Hybrid (3 days office/2 remote)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of 80+ residential properties

• Conduct Section 11 inspections (Scottish equivalent of Section 8)

• Handle deposit disputes via SafeDeposits Scotland

• Implement energy efficiency improvements (EPC compliance)

• Lead team of 3 junior property coordinators

Professional Requirements:

• ARLA Propertymark Level 3 (or commitment to obtain within 6 months)

• In-depth knowledge of Private Residential Tenancy agreements

• Experience with Fixflo or similar maintenance systems
