📌 Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Full Time

💰 Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 + enhancements
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (flexible shift patterns)

About the Role:
Deliver exceptional community nursing care to clients across Edinburgh and the Lothians. You’ll manage complex cases, lead care teams, and ensure CQC/Healthcare Improvement Scotland compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalised care plans

• Administer medications including controlled drugs (CD register management)

• Provide wound care, catheter management, and palliative support

• Supervise and mentor HCAs

• Liaise with GPs and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements:

• Active NMC PIN with no restrictions

• 2+ years post-registration experience

• Valid UK driving license and own vehicle (mileage paid at 45p/mile)

• PVG/DBS clearance (we process this for you)
