Care Services Consultant - CSC

We are seeking a motivated Care Services Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with sales, recruitment, or managerial experience in the healthcare sector, as well as those eager to learn and grow in this field. The Care Services Consultant operates as an independent consultant who partners with the company to enhance our efficiency, especially with clients. Together, we aim to strengthen our impact on social services across Scotland. They work on a commission basis, receiving compensation from every successful placement of services.

Salary:

This role is commission-only, with potential earnings up to £75,000 per year in commissions. Consultants earn a percentage of the revenue from each new client they bring in. Additionally, there is an opportunity for an ownership stake in the company within the course of the partnership. The consultant could also have an annual share of the net profit, contingent on the business revenue generated by the consultant reaching a certain threshold within a year.

Consultants can choose to receive a base monthly salary if they decide to work as full-time employees and take on administrative tasks, such as coordinating care and support workers, allocating shifts, and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Liaise with healthcare companies through emails, calls, and in-person visits to secure care contracts. Contact clients to determine staffing needs and arrange visits to care homes to discuss staffing requirements and secure new clients.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Operate independently, providing services as needed with the flexibility to work at your own availability. Choose to work as many or as few hours as desired while carrying on with your other activities.
  • Business Development: Act as a partner to the company, focusing on bringing in busi-ness and contributing to the company’s success while having the flexibility to work at your own pace

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales or Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or a sim-ilar field, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Healthcare Consultancy and Client Management: Experience in healthcare consul-tancy and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present services and proposals clearly and professionally.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Professional Appearance: Well-presented, with a professional demeanour
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills to build and maintain business relation-ships.
