Brief Description
As a Care and Support Worker under Helprite Care and Recruitment Ltd, you will be working temporarily at different locations, providing essential care services. We also recruit individuals for permanent contracts with reputable companies. Successful candidates will undergo thorough PVG checks, understanding that having a conviction may not necessarily disqualify them from this sector. All new team members are required to register with the SSSC within six months of starting, ensuring adherence to industry standards and a commitment to excellence in care services.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring any potential side effects.
- Emotional Support: Providing emotional and psychological assistance, offering a listening ear, and fostering a sense of security and companionship.
- Care Plans: Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of clients’ progress, activities, and any incidents, ensuring transparency and effective communication among the care team

Hourly Rates: Rates vary based on client location, starting from £11.27 per hour.
